Field Executive

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Organizing Field Surveys:

   • Coordinate logistics for survey teams across different regions.

   • Ensure that survey tools (questionnaires, devices, etc.) are ready.

2. Training Field Staff:

   • Train enumerators/surveyors on how to conduct surveys, collect accurate data, and follow ethical standards.

3. Data Collection Oversight:

   • Supervise field teams during live data collection.

   • Ensure correct sampling techniques are used and data is recorded properly.

4. Quality Control:

   • Conduct random checks to verify the accuracy of collected data.

   • Address any discrepancies or issues in the field.

5. Communication & Reporting:

   • Provide regular updates to the central team.

   • Submit fieldwork reports, including challenges and observations.
