Field Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and coordinate a team of field surveyors or enumerators.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to data collection protocols.

• Survey Operations:

  • Plan and organize fieldwork schedules and logistics for assigned regions.

  • Ensure timely completion of data collection as per survey targets.

  • Conduct spot checks and back-checks to verify data quality.

• Logistics and Coordination:

  • Manage distribution of materials like survey forms, mobile devices, identification badges, etc.

  • Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and safety for field teams.

  • Liaise with local authorities or stakeholders as required.

• Data Management and Reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely uploading or submission of collected data.

  • Provide regular updates to central teams on progress, challenges, and completion status.

  • Maintain records of field activities and expenses.

• Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to ethical and methodological standards.

  • Address challenges like non-response, refusal, or technical issues during fieldwork.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and logistical coordination abilities.

• Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBoToolbox) is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse field environments.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
