Job Description – Field Executive (Amazon Pay / GigBiz Feedback Collection)

Position: Field Executive (Revisiting & Feedback Collection)

Experience: Experienced candidates preferred (PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Pine Labs experience will be an added advantage)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (Performance-based)

Location: Field Work (Store Visits)

Bike: Mandatory (Valid DL & RC required)

Job Role / Responsibilities:

Visit assigned merchant stores in the allotted area
Collect feedback related to the GigBiz application from merchants
Perform revisiting work at stores
Update daily reports and submit data in the GigBiz app
Identify merchant issues and report them to the concerned team
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in PhonePe, Paytm, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or Pine Labs

Requirements:

Bike with valid driving license (mandatory)
Good communication skills
Willingness to do field work
Android smartphone is compulsory
Prior experience in UPI / Fintech / Merchant onboarding is an advantage
