Job Summary:

Mervice Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Field Executives to support various operational and recruitment activities. The role involves both fieldwork and office-based responsibilities, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Freshers are welcome. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct fieldwork as per operational and recruitment requirements.

• Visit locations for candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach as part of the HR process.

• Coordinate with the internal team and maintain daily reporting.

• Interact with customers and clients in the assigned area.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during field visits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Male candidates preferred

• Experience: Freshers can apply

• Language: Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory

• Shift: Day Shift
