Job Title: Field Executive – Microfinance (Group Loan)

Job Purpose:

To mobilize potential women borrowers in rural/semi-urban areas, conduct group formation, and ensure timely loan disbursement and repayment collection under the Joint Liability Group (JLG) lending model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to identify and mobilize eligible women clients.

• Conduct village surveys and center meetings to promote group loan products.

• Form Self Help Groups (SHGs) / Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) as per company policy.

• Explain loan terms, repayment schedule, and responsibilities to clients.

• Facilitate KYC collection, verification, and documentation.

• Coordinate with branch for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Ensure 100% collection of EMIs and maintain daily recovery records.

• Regular follow-up with delinquent clients and report any irregularities.

• Build good rapport with clients, local authorities, and community leaders.

• Maintain MIS/data and submit daily reports to Branch Manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply); prior experience in microfinance/NBFC will be an added advantage.

• Language Skills: Should know the local language (e.g., Hindi, Marathi).

• Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively in assigned rural/urban areas.
