Job Summary:
Bhanu Urja Solar Green Energy is hiring a motivated and hardworking Field Engineer Executive for Solar EPC installation projects. We welcome 12th-pass candidates with ITI/Diploma in Electrical or freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the solar installation field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, structure mounting, wiring, and earthing work.
Support site survey and basic load assessment under supervision.
Ensure proper cable routing, MC4 connections, and safety compliance.
Coordinate with the technical and project team for smooth execution.
Perform basic testing and commissioning support.
Maintain site documentation and report daily progress.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred)
Fresher or 0–2 years experience in electrical/solar installation
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and safety practices
Willingness to travel for site work
Physically fit for field work and rooftop installation
Positive attitude and readiness to learn
