Field Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales & Location Acquisition Executive to join our team at Istripoint. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in field sales and strong market knowledge.

The role involves confirming assigned locations, conducting on-ground visits, and identifying and selecting suitable store locations for our laundry services. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with property owners and ensuring successful store finalization.

This position offers a competitive in-hand salary along with clear growth opportunities within the organization.

A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory for this role. The company will reimburse petrol expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field sales activities to identify and approach potential locations for Is IstriPoint Laundry Services

• Visit assigned areas to survey, shortlist, and finalize suitable store locations

• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and local contacts for space availability

• Evaluate locations based on accessibility, visibility, and business potential

• Negotiate basic commercial terms and support store onboarding

• Collect and submit location details, photos, and reports to the internal team

• Maintain daily field visits and lead tracking reports

• Ensure timely closure of assigned location targets

• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders to support business expansion

• Follow company guidelines and expansion strategies during site selection

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
