Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Field Executive who will handle field work related to product purchasing, delivery coordination, and client visits. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of orders and maintain proper communication with vendors and departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase products from local dealers/vendors as per order requirements
Deliver goods to government departments / clients when required
Coordinate with transporters for dispatch and delivery
Collect documents such as invoices, receiving copies, and delivery proofs
Visit suppliers and verify product availability and pricing
Maintain records of field expenses and deliveries
Support the office team in order execution and logistics
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Basic knowledge of local market and suppliers
Ability to travel nearby city
Honest and responsible attitude
Basic smartphone and WhatsApp usage knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Experience in supply, logistics, or government order execution
Basic understanding of billing / invoices
