About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to help us onboard customers for various financial products and services, including:

• Personal & Business Loans

• Demat Account

• Insurance

• Savings Account

• Other Banking & Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers and explain relevant financial products.

• Generate and follow up with leads through field visits and personal networking.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

• Assist customers with the account opening/application process.

• Collect and verify required documents as per company guidelines.

• Coordinate with the internal team for application processing and customer onboarding.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve assigned onboarding and business targets, wherever applicable.

Eligibility

• 12th pass or Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and internet.

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
