Title: Kotak 811 Team Leader
Job Location: Agra
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for driving Kotak 811 account sales and enrollment across the assigned territory. This includes identifying prospective customers, managing and motivating a field team, ensuring consistent in-market activity, and building strong local networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead field operations for Kotak 811 account enrollments and activations.
Conduct regular market surveys ("market race") to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Create and maintain a prospect database with contact details of decision-makers in the assigned geography.
Manage a team of field executives; provide motivation, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Ensure daily field presence of team members in high-potential areas and monitor performance metrics.
Build strong relationships with customers and key local influencers to maximize outreach.
Drive sales closure from lead generation to successful onboarding.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and enrollment targets as defined by the organization.
Ensure adherence to compliance and documentation standards as per Kotak Mahindra Bank's protocols.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing).
Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience; BFSI/Banking/Fintech preferred.
Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
