Job Title: Field Executive
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain a regular line of communication with bank officials to facilitate smooth financial operations.
· Visit customer locations for the collection of documents related to various company processes.
· Verify and ensure all necessary documents are accurate and complete before submission.
· Maintain records of all collected documents and submit them to the appropriate company representative.
· Submit documents at the Sub-Registrar Office for legal processes, including registration, agreements, and other formal submissions.
· Ensure all documents are submitted on time and in accordance with legal guidelines.
· Coordinate with SRO officials and maintain records of submission receipts and acknowledgments.
Qualifications:
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Basic knowledge of banking services and document submission procedures.
· Proficient in using smartphones for document scanning, email communication, and navigation apps.
Other Requirements:
· Must own a vehicle (two-wheeler preferred) for field visits.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.
· Valid driver's license and insurance.
