Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Asl Realtors Llp. The role requires candidates who are skilled in high street mapping, scouting commercial locations, building direct landlord relationships, and convincing incoming retail and commercial tenants to close real estate deals. Identify prospects across sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Office, Investments, Logistics, and Land to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹35,000 per month plus attractive performance incentives and travel allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct active field work to scout strategic commercial spaces, map high streets, and generate new business leads.

Build direct relationships with landlords, evaluate property specifications, and list high-value commercial assets.

Interface with retail and commercial tenants, present matching property options, and convince them on deal viability.

Negotiate commercial terms between landlords and tenants while collaborating with internal teams to close transactions.

Conduct micro-market research to analyze rental trends, area footfalls, and expansion opportunities across Hyderabad.

Maintain organized records of field leads, site visits, and daily performance metrics for management reporting.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience in field sales or commercial real estate.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to convince corporate clients and landlords.

Strong local area knowledge of Hyderabad's commercial geography, business hubs, and market rental rates.

Readiness for active, daily field-based outreach, high-street mapping, and site visits.

Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, for reporting and tracking.
