We are seeking a motivated **Field sales Representative** to drive sales and strengthen contractor relationships in the paint industry. The role involves visiting contractors, dealers, and sites to promote products, generate business, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and dealers. * Achieve monthly sales targets through regular market visits. * Promote paint products and ensure visibility at project sites. * Collect market insights and report competitor activities. * Support dealers/contractors with product knowledge and application guidance. **Qualifications & Requirements:** * Graduate with **minimum 1 year of sales experience** (preferably in building materials/paints). * **Age:** Up to 27 years. * Must own a **bike with valid Driving License**. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
