Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Ranjangaon. The core responsibility of this role is to convert leads into Associate Partners (APs) and help them generate and grow their business. Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively visit local markets to identify and convert potential leads into Associate Partners (APs).
2. Clearly explain the AP model and its earning potential.
3. Ensure proper documentation and seamless onboarding of APs.
4. Guide, support, and motivate onboarded APs to start business generation.
5. Maintain regular communication with APs to ensure retention and productivity.
6. Monitor AP performance and share updates with the reporting manager.
7. Represent the brand with professionalism during all field interactions.
8. Achieve monthly onboarding and business volume targets.
Compensation & Incentives:
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
(Based on interview performance, candidate profile & relevant experience)
• Incentives:
• 1% commission on the monthly business generated by each onboarded AP
• Performance-based bonuses on meeting key targets/milestones
• Travel Allowance: Provided for all official field visits
