Job Description

Role Summary:
Generate leads for financial services through field marketing, exhibitions, and MSME interactions. Provide basic financial consultation and ensure daily lead updates.

Key Responsibilities

Field-based lead generation
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs & business events
Interact with MSMEs & business owners to understand financial needs
Provide basic finance-related consultation
Update leads daily via company tracker app
Visit office once a week for updates

Compensation

₹5,000 monthly stipend
₹150 per lead (post conversion)
₹2,500 per successful conversion
