Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide excellent customer service
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach
Record customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns
Meet performance standards related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution quality
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 0–2 years
Basic communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records
Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally
