Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide excellent customer service

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a solution-oriented approach

• Record customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

• Ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns

• Meet performance standards related to call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution quality

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years

• Basic communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records

• Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally
