The Sales and Collection Executive is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. Sales Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Present and promote products/services to customers effectively
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Collection Responsibilities
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices
Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments and collections
Coordinate with the accounts/finance team to reconcile customer accounts
Resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues
Prepare collection reports and updates for management
