Field Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for active and motivated Field Executives to visit customers in the field and open Kotak Mahindra Bank accounts. The role involves customer acquisition, document collection, and completing the account opening process as per bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their location (home, shop, office, market, etc.)

• Explain Kotak Mahindra Bank account features and benefits

• Collect and verify required KYC documents

• Complete digital/manual account opening process accurately

• Ensure correct and complete submission of customer details

• Achieve daily/weekly account opening targets

• Follow bank compliance and data privacy rules

• Coordinate with team leaders/supervisors for reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• Good communication skills in local language

• Basic smartphone knowledge

• Ability to work in the field

• Prior field sales or banking experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

Earnings / Incentives:

• ₹400 per successfully opened Kotak Mahindra Bank account

• High earning potential based on performance

• No upper limit on incentives

Working Days:

• 6 days a week (field-based)
