Job Description

Implement project activities (Makhana Farming) within the assigned blocks as per approved plans.
Mobilise women farmers and support farmer registration and group formation.
Facilitate establishment of nurseries, demonstration plots, and field‑based interventions.
Conduct village‑level trainings, awareness meetings, and farmer group sessions.
Maintain block‑level records, registers, attendance sheets, and progress reports.
Provide technical guidance and supervision to Field Supervisors and community resource persons.
Coordinate with Panchayats, SHGs, PGs, and local institutions for smooth implementation.
Ensure timely data collection and submission to the District Coordinator and MIS Officer.
Monitor field activities through regular visits and ensure adherence to technical standards.
Support organisation of exposure visits, field demonstrations, and community events.
Identify field‑level challenges and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Ensure proper documentation of success stories, case studies, and field evidence.
