We are looking for a Field Collection Executive's to join our team, The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, visit clients, secure outstanding payments, and maintain accurate transaction records while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct timely, in-person field visits to clients for payment recovery.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payments collected, and customer interactions.
Negotiate and resolve payment disputes diplomatically, aligning with company policies.
Provide feedback to management on collection progress.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in field data collection, debt collection, or customer service.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
