Field Collection Executive

Veelo Mobility is hiring a Repossession Executive to manage rider payment follow-ups and vehicle recovery operations in Hyderabad. This is a field-intensive role where you will track defaulting riders, drive timely payments through proactive calling, and — when required — plan and execute safe vehicle repossessions with supervisor approval. If you have experience in collections, loan recovery, or field operations and can stay calm under pressure, this role is for you.


What You Will Do :

• Check the daily negative wallet report and send WATI payment alerts to defaulting riders every morning.

• Call riders with negative wallets in priority order using a standard script.

• Confirm repossession notices are sent via WATI for high-risk accounts.

• Log every call attempt, payment commitment, and rider response accurately.

• Escalate unresolved and unreachable cases to the Hub Manager with proper documentation.

• Track vehicle GPS location via the Veelo Dashboard and plan repossessions for accounts.

• Get written VCGM approval before every repossession and follow the two-person safety rule on field.

• Use ride-hailing apps to reach the vehicle location and goods transport apps to retrieve vehicles with low battery.

• Capture photo and GPS evidence at every stage and upload to Slack.

• Complete the repossession checklist for every case and flag any safety concerns immediately.

Skills, Knowledge & Requirements :

• 1–3 years of experience in field collections, loan recovery, asset recovery, or a similar role

• Strong communication and persuasion skills — ability to have firm but respectful conversations with defaulting riders

• Calm and professional in high-pressure or confrontational situations

• Comfortable using smartphone apps — WATI (messaging), Slack, Google Maps, Rapido, Porter

• Ability to read and work with backend reports and dashboards (training will be provided)

• Good spoken and written communication in Telugu and Hindi; basic English literacy

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred

• Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for field repossessions

• Prior experience in EV, mobility, or fintech operations is an added advantage

• Disciplined with documentation — logs calls, updates trackers, and reports status without prompting.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
