Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at Usb Financial Corporation Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.


Job Responsibilities:
Collect loan EMIs and overdue payments from customers.

  • Follow up with customers through phone calls and field visits.

  • Send payment reminders and maintain collection records.

  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

  • Submit daily collection reports and coordinate with the respective team.

  • Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

    Eligibility Criteria:

    • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

    • Good communication and negotiation skills.

    • Experience in loan collection or field recovery will be preferred.

    • Willingness to travel for field visits.

    • Minimum experience 1 year.
