4. Reporting – Update daily collection status and share reports with the supervisor.

5. Skip Tracing – Trace unreachable customers by coordinating with local sources or using field intelligence.

6. Relationship Management – Maintain a professional relationship with customers during recovery.

7. Compliance – Follow company and regulatory guidelines during collections and interactions.
