Job Description: Collection Executive

Location: Vijayapura / Gulbarga
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage EMI collections and overdue accounts through field-based recovery efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up skills, field recovery experience, and the ability to achieve monthly collection targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle EMI collections and overdue accounts.

• Conduct field visits to customers for payment recovery.

• Collect overdue interest along with regular installments.

• Maintain daily collection reports and update records in the system.

• Coordinate with Branch Manager for bucket-wise collections.

• Ensure disciplined follow-up of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd bucket cases.

• Assist in seizure processes where required.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.

• Reduce overdue percentage and improve recovery performance.

• Focus on higher overdue interest collections for additional incentives.

Requirements

• Mandatory fluency in Kannada and Hindi.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

• Basic mobile handling and reporting skills.

• Prior NBFC / Banking / Field Collection experience preferred.

• NBFC / Banking / Collections experience preferred.
