Field Collection Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and responsible Field Executives to join our collections and recovery team. The ideal candidate will handle on-field visits for customer interaction, payment collection, and verification tasks, ensuring smooth recovery processes and maintaining customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits for payment collections and customer follow-ups.

• Verify customer details, documents, and addresses as required.

• Educate customers about repayment schedules and resolve queries.

• Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and field tasks.

• Coordinate with the back-office team for escalations or complex cases.

• Maintain professional behavior and adhere to company policies during customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or related roles (Freshers with good communication can also apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and collection processes.

• Ability to manage fieldwork efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Must own a valid driving license and preferably have a two-wheeler.
