Job Description

Contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to follow up on overdue accounts.
Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and extensions in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and potential default risks.
Issue reminders, demand notices, and escalate delinquent accounts where necessary.
Provide regular reports on collection status and outstanding receivables to management.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring professional conduct.
Collaborate with the finance and legal departments for account resolutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
