Location: Kathwada

Salary: 12k To 15k Fixed NTH Salary + PF ESI + 3,000 Travel Allowance + Lucrative Incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground collection activities,

maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely recoveries.

This role offers a competitive salary along with attractive incentives based on monthly collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers as per the assigned list to recover pending dues.

- Ensure timely and accurate collections from customers.

- Maintain records of collection activities and update reports.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for smooth recoveries.

- Follow up on payments and resolve queries related to collections.

- Adhere to company policies and ethical collection practices.

Incentive Structure:

40,000 collection - 3,000 incentive

60,000 collection - 4,000 incentive

80,000 collection - 6,000 incentive

1,00,000 collection - 8,000 incentive

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in field collections (preferred).

- Must own a smartphone and have basic knowledge of using apps.

- Willingness to travel locally.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
