About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and responsible Field Executives to join our collections and recovery team. The ideal candidate will handle on-field visits for customer interaction, payment collection, and verification tasks, ensuring smooth recovery processes and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for payment collections and customer follow-ups.
Verify customer details, documents, and addresses as required.
Educate customers about repayment schedules and resolve queries.
Maintain accurate records of collections and submit daily reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and field tasks.
Coordinate with the back-office team for escalations or complex cases.
Maintain professional behavior and adhere to company policies during customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0.6 – 2 years of experience in field collections, recovery, or related roles (Freshers with good communication can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of financial products and collection processes.
Ability to manage fieldwork efficiently and meet deadlines.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Must own a valid driving license and preferably have a two-wheeler.
