Follow up with customers on overdue home loan EMIs through calls, messages, emails, or in-person visits.
Maintain daily reports on collections, pending cases, and customer interactions.
Negotiate and persuade customers to make payments or agree to a repayment plan.
Verify customer information and understand reasons for defaults or delays.
Coordinate with the credit, legal, and operations teams for escalations and resolved cases.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company collection policies, and ethical practices.
Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Achieve monthly collection targets and contribute to reducing the overall delinquency rate.
Initiate legal or recovery actions for critical defaulters as per company policy.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and risk patterns.
