Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a FIELD EXECUTIVE to join our team SAIS FINANCIAL SERVICES. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recover overdue payments from customers within the assigned timelines.

• Contact customers through daily calling and field visits.

• Explain loan details, EMI schedules, outstanding amounts, and payment procedures to customers.

• Issue reminders, notices, and recovery letters to defaulters.

• Update payment status and customer interactions in the system/app regularly.

• Escalate complex cases to seniors or the legal team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines.

• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10TH PASS and 6 MONTH TO 3 YEARS Familiarity with different COLLECTION techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
