Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at S Meera IMF And Fund Distributor Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Motor Insurance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Carry out document, cheque etc. collection from client premises as per instructions by Team leader, sales officer or branch manager or management.
·       Update visit location and daily morning the picture of vehicle meter in group as per company policy
·       Visit at Insurance companies for submitting file logins.
·       To update details of every pick up in pickup sheet & daily reporting as per policy
·       Other miscellaneous work like getting stationery and all or any other work instructed by MD.
·       After day end ensure to Turn off the location and send the picture of meter again.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
