Field Collection Executive

A Field Collection Executive's primary responsibility is to recover outstanding debts or payments from clients in person, while adhering to company policies and procedures. This involves visiting clients, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving any disputes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Visits: Conducting field visits to clients to collect outstanding payments. 

• Payment Negotiation: Establishing and negotiating payment plans with clients who are struggling to pay. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions. 

• Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster a positive and collaborative approach to payment collection. 

• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations regarding debt collection. 

• Reporting: Providing regular updates to management on the status of outstanding payments and collection efforts. 

• Dispute Resolution: Resolving payment discrepancies and billing issues in a timely manner. 

• Escalation: Identifying and escalating problematic accounts to appropriate personnel for further action. 

• Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements to streamline the payment collection process. 

• Communication: Communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person. 

• Debt Recovery: Utilizing strategies such as skip tracing and loan recovery when necessary.
