🎯 Job Summary

We are hiring a male Field Collection Executive who will be responsible for visiting customers on field and ensuring timely payment collections from industrial clients dealing in polymers and plastic raw materials.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

💰 Field Collections (Core Work)

• Visit customers, factories, and offices for payment collection

• Do regular follow-ups in person for pending payments

• Ensure timely payment pickup and commitments from customers

🤝 Customer Coordination

• Maintain strong relationships with customers

• Coordinate with sales team for payment follow-ups

• Handle payment delays and objections professionally

📍 Area Coverage

• Cover assigned industrial areas / territories

• Plan daily visit routes to maximize collection efficiency

📊 Reporting

• Daily visit and collection update

• Share status of each customer visit

• Report commitments received from customers

👨 Candidate Profile

• Male candidate preferred

• 1–4 years experience in field collections / recovery / field sales / follow-up roles

• Comfortable with daily travel in industrial areas

• Two-wheeler & driving license preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
