   Responsible for timely collection of EMIs from microfinance customers within an assigned territory.

2. 
   Maintain daily visit records, follow up with overdue clients, and ensure high collection efficiency.

3. 
   Build strong relationships with borrowers to ensure repayment discipline and address grievances.

4. 
   Coordinate with branch teams to update recovery status and manage delinquent accounts.

5. 
   Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms during field operations.
