LOCATION - TURVEKERE, CHIKKAMANGALORE, SRIRANGAPATNA, TUMKUR,

The Field Collection Officer is responsible for managing and executing on-ground collection activities. This role involves visiting customers, clients, or vendors to recover outstanding payments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining positive relationships.

Debt Recovery: Visit clients/customers to collect overdue payments and ensure timely recovery.
Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers to explain outstanding dues and negotiate repayment plans.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports on collection status, challenges, and progress to management.
Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (finance, legal, customer service) to resolve disputes or escalate issues.
