Field Collection Executive

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at K 1 Force Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up with customer for their overdue outstanding payments, . Identify prospects and develop collection strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day to visit to customer for their outstanding payments
• Negotiate with customer for settlement and emi payments
• Follow RBI guidline to visits and collect payments from customers

Job Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different Collection & Recovery techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency to utilize technology effectively are essential.
