Job Description

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at K 1 Force Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing payment collection, debt management. Identify prospects and develop collection strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹16000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Visits and Payment Collection: Travel frequently to clients' homes or businesses to discuss overdue payments and collect outstanding amounts, ensuring the money is deposited at the branch promptly.
Negotiation and Payment Plans: Engage with clients to understand their financial situation, negotiate realistic payment arrangements or settlement plans, and follow up to ensure commitments are met.
Account Monitoring and Management: Monitor assigned loan accounts to identify delinquent customers, track payment patterns, and plan courses of action to recover outstanding debts efficiently.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all debt collection activities strictly adhere to company policies, as well as relevant RBI, state, and local laws and regulations.
Collateral Recovery (if applicable): In cases where payment plans fail for secured loans, initiate the process of repossessing collateral (like a home or car) to repay the loan, following legal guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different collection techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in field knowledge use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential. Two Wheeler Preferred.
