Job Description:
We are hiring a Field Collection & Recovery Executive to manage customer visits, collect overdue payments, and ensure timely recovery of assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers to collect EMI/overdue payments
Handle soft & hard bucket recovery cases
Explain outstanding dues and repayment options to customers
Update daily collection and visit reports
Maintain good customer relationships while achieving targets
Coordinate with branch and reporting manager

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience in field collection/recovery
Experience in NBFC/Banking preferred
Two-wheeler & valid driving license required
Basic knowledge of local area
Good communication & negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary + incentives
Travel allowance as per company policy
