Position Summary

The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting borrowers in assigned areas to collect EMI payments, maintain good customer relationships, and ensure timely repayments in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers on-field for EMI collection and recovery.

• Ensure timely follow-up and collection of dues from borrowers.

• Provide receipts and update the system with collection status.

• Handle customer queries and resolve repayment-related issues.

• Submit daily and weekly reports to the supervisor.

• Identify and escalate risky accounts to the management.

• Maintain a positive image of the company with borrowers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field collections or recovery, preferably in microfinance or NBFC sector.

• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Familiarity with the local area/language is an advantage.
