Job Title: Field Collection Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for recovering overdue loan or credit card payments by visiting customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining positive customer relationships and complying with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers with overdue loan or credit card accounts.
Collect outstanding payments and issue receipts as per bank procedures.
Negotiate repayment schedules with customers.
Explain the consequences of non-payment and available settlement options.
Update customer visit reports and collection status in the bank's system.
Coordinate with branch staff and collection managers regarding difficult cases.
Ensure all collection activities comply with bank policies and applicable laws.
Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.
