We are looking for a Field Recovery Executive to handle customer visits, loan collections and overdue recovery for Indi Rupee. The candidate will be responsible for achieving recovery targets, following up with customers, maintaining collection records and ensuring timely payment resolution.
Experience: 1.5+ years in Field Collection/Recovery
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Location: Mumbai
Requirement: Two-wheeler & valid driving license mandatory
Preferred: NBFC, Bank, Fintech or Loan Collection experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits for loan collection and recovery from customers.
Follow up with overdue customers and ensure timely payments.
Handle assigned collection cases and achieved monthly recovery targets.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, payments and customer interactions.
Negotiate with customers and resolve payment-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with the internal collection team and update recovery status regularly.
Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in field collection/recovery, preferably in NBFC, Bank or Fintech.
Minimum 12th Pass.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local area and willingness to travel extensively.
