Field Collection Executive

Guarented Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to join our collections team. The role involves visiting customers, collecting pending dues, resolving payment-related concerns, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Please note that this is NOT a Field Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers across assigned areas in Bangalore for payment collections.

• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.

• Educate customers regarding payment schedules and dues.

• Coordinate with the collections team and update recovery status on a daily basis.

• Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain accurate records of visits, collections, and customer interactions.

• Meet monthly collection and recovery targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in collections, field sales, recovery, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel within Bangalore for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
