Field Collection Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to present and sell company products/services.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

• Generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.

• Collect feedback from clients and relay it to the internal teams.
