Key Responsibilities
Conduct door-to-door field visits to introduce and promote company products/services.
Clearly explain company offerings, benefits, and registration process to potential customers.
Identify interested prospects and convert them into registered users/customers.
Assist customers in completing online registration and documentation processes.
Generate daily leads and maintain accurate records of field activities.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain professional communication.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Provide market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical business practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in field sales and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and online registration processes.
Target-oriented with good convincing abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules effectively.
Educational Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
