We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to join our team at EZ Finance. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 and prospects of growth.

Job Description:

Customer Visits: Meet with customers in person across Coimbatore to follow up on pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
Payment Recovery: Collect payments via cash, UPI, or digital transfers and ensure they are deposited properly.
Negotiation: Educate customers on their accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and resolve collection disputes while maintaining professional relationships.
Reporting: Submit daily field visit reports and log updates into the company's collection software
