• Candidate will have to work in field collection.

• Should visit to the customers for collecting their outstanding dues

• Need to work for Banks and NBFC for their collection & recovery services

• Best in class performance incentive

• Candidate should be in field regularly and report to his supervisor / manager

• Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

• Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments.

• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
