JOB DISCRIPTION

Hiring FOS Loan Recovery Executive for Banks and NBFCs. Candidate will handle EMI collections, overdue loan recovery, customer visits, payment follow-ups, and daily reporting. Responsibilities include achieving monthly recovery targets while following RBI guidelines and company policies. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Applicants should have good communication and negotiation skills, smartphone, and bike with valid driving license. Experience in banking, finance, collections, or recovery will be preferred.

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 fixed per month plus attractive incentives based on performance.
