Job Description – Field Recovery Officer (FOS) – Loan Recovery | Greater Noida

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Field Officer Supervisor (FOS) for loan recovery operations in Greater Noida. The role involves handling delinquent customer accounts through a digital recovery process for leading NBFCs and banks. Candidates will be responsible for customer follow-ups, collection of overdue payments, negotiation of repayment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills, basic smartphone/app handling knowledge, and the ability to work in the field. Experience in banking, collections, or financial services will be preferred.
