Job Description – Field Executive

Location: Chennai

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Executive to join our team for the Chennai location. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, customer coordination, document collection, and supporting business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits for customer verification and collection activities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution.
Handle documentation and report submission on time.
Build good relationships with customers in the assigned area.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field experience.
Experience in NBFC industry will be an added advantage.
Must have good knowledge of Chennai local areas/routes.
Candidate should own a Bike and have a valid Driving License (DL).
Must know the regional language (Tamil).
Basic communication skills in Hindi or English are required.

Preferred Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Punctual and target-oriented approach.
