Job Responsibilities:
• Visit customer premises for pre-loan disbursement verification.
• Conduct KYC verification and address/home verification.
• Collect necessary documents from customers as per company policy.
• Ensure timely submission of verification reports to the internal team.
• Coordinate with the backend team for verification status updates.
• Occasionally visit customer locations for recovery and collection of overdue payments.
• Maintain professionalism and customer confidentiality during field visits.
• Report daily field activities and maintain accurate records of visits and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
• 0–3 year of experience in fieldwork, verification, or collections preferred (Freshers may apply).
• Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with Ahmedabad geography
• Should be punctual, responsible, and target-driven.
